Job Description

We are looking for freelancers to join our outreach communications team that runs email campaigns for various projects like our travel awards program and travel guides for multiple brands. You will join a multicultural group of outreach specialists working remotely. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

This is a 100% remote project, where you can work from home!

Your tasks

  • Scheduling automated emails to send and replying to emails via our email marketing platform and maintaining constant communication with our partners on a larger scale by using mainly ready-made email templates to achieve company goals and targets.

  • Handle all email communication in a professional, respectful manner using email templates and also your own words to establish a stronger connection with our potential partners.

  • Understand the nature of our projects/workflow to ensure detailed execution of our email campaigns

  • Pick up instructions quickly and implement them into the daily email marketing activities

  • Effectively liaise and connect with other team members and management about achievements and issues, constantly look for new ways to improve our processes

  • Manage follow-up tasks/emails in our CRM without delays

  • Possessing excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Your profile

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Brazilian Portuguese

  • Experience in email marketing or customer service is an advantage

  • Digital literacy in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment maintaining outstanding attention to detail.

  • Ability to work autonomously but also have a strong commitment to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks, duties and projects

  • Problem solver

  • Comfortable with multitasking to ensure all goals are met in a timely manner

  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Having a good speed and reliable internet connection, a private (not shared) reliable computer is a must1
