Job Description

About Super.com

We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our employees– so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.

We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.

About the Role

Supply is the lifeblood of SuperTravel. Collectively as a team, we work to secure the best pricing and inventory for our Hotels business. We also work cross-functionally across all facets of the business and organization (finance, operations, engineering and more) to refine processes so we can thrive at scale.

The Supply Team maintains, optimizes, and grows our accounts by building strong relationships with key partners, then enhancing production of those partners via storytelling with data. As an intern on our team, you will assist Account Managers in their day to day tasks and responsibilities maintaining accounts. You will also assist the team in setting up and maximizing internal processes.

Challenges You’ll Solve

  • Helping Account Managers and the Supply Team as needed to oversee accounts
  • Using Looker, our BI tool of choice to identify areas of opportunity to grow the business and unlock better prices for our customers
  • Exploratory data insight to uncover areas of improvement operationally and technically
  • Summarizing findings for Account Managers based on findings from your research
  • Taking notes and updating CRM with relevant information to help the team succeed and track outcomes
  • Ad hoc projects as they arise – can be self directed or in tandem with teammates

About You

  • Comfort with data – you don’t need to be a data savant, but you should comfortably know how to do basic spreadsheet analysis (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables, Index/Match). Experience with a BI tool is a plus.
  • Adaptability  – your role may require you to join customer meetings one day, and the next day focus on improving internal processes. Comfort and ability to excel in ambiguity is required.
  • Self-starter – interns play a huge role on our team. Having a strong work ethic and go-getter attitude is essential in this remote work environment.
  • Summarization skills – Highlighting relevant insights from data, and separating the signal from the noise is a key component of this role.
  • Hunger and grit – you care about the best deals and how to get them. Saving people money gets you pumped!

  • $300 One-time home office set up allowance
